P-scan 4 is one of the most advanced automated inspection systems available. P-scan 4 can operate in A-scan, P-scan, T-scan, TOFD and Through Transmission modes. An extensive range of manual and automatic scanners can be supplied for use in tanks, shells, tubes, plates, pipelines, underwater, wind turbine towers and rotor blades.

For 10 years FORCE Technology have been leaders in developing and operating automated inspection systems for wind power turbine structures.  With scanners available to inspect blades more than 50m long, and towers more than 80m tall, these systems can be used during manufacture of the largest components.

P-scan 4 Flex  (32 Ch UT + EC) 
P-scan 4 Flex joins the P-scan 4 family, with options to acquire up to
 32 channels of UT signals and 32 channels of EC signals concurrently. 

All P-scan 4 systems use the same fully featured P-scan software complete with integral digital scanner-controllers.   Systems are engineered to standards of toughness and reliability that have earned FORCE Technology an enviable reputation.
