P-scan 4 Lite - Battery Powered UT System

P-scan 4 Lite is a self contained battery powered UT inspection system, including an automatic two-axis AUS-3 scanner.

P-scan 4 Lite can be used in the field for up to 8 hours, and its hot-swappable batteries can extend field use even further. Its new low-power interface incorporates up to 4 dual-channels, scanner controller and batteries in a single package, making it one of the lightest and most portable advanced UT systems available.

P-scan 4 Lite is suited to weld inspection, TOFD, corrosion mapping, HIC detection, and much more. It operates in all common UT modes including A-scan, C-scan, P-scan, T-scan, TOFD and Through Transmission. Each channel can be configured in any mode, and is capable of full A-scan digitisation at up to 100MHz with dynamic range of 120dB.

The AUS-3 scanner weighs just 4kg, and can carry up to four dual-probes. In common with all P-scan scanners the AUS-3 is fully digitally controlled. And naturally the P-scan 4 Lite benefits from FORCE Technology's proven 25-year track-record of P-scan development and unparalleled technical support.
