Standard Terms...

Our standard terms of trading are included below for reference...

1.	Quotations are valid for a period of 30 (thirty) days from the date of issue.
2.	VAT will be charged on all UK invoices at the rate of 17.5%.
3.	VAT will be charged to EC clients without VAT numbers at 17.5%; EC clients with VAT numbers at 0%.
4.	Clients outside UK will be responsible for all import duties, taxes, custom clearance costs, etc.
5.	Payment terms: UK clients 30 days NMCA. Clients outside the UK will be required to make payment in advance. Extended development work may require an advance payment, followed by stage payments.
6.	Software will be supplied on 3.5" High Density disks (1.44MB), 100MB Iomega Zip, or 650MB CD, unless specifically requested otherwise.
7.	Software will be protected using a hardware key (dongle). Damaged or inoperative keys will be *exchanged* for a nominal fee. In the event that a key is lost the purchaser will be responsible for the full replacement cost of the software.
8.	Software maintenance and 'bug-fixes' will be provided free of charge for at least one year. Optional software upgrades which provide additional functionality may invite additional fees.
9.	Clients will receive fully documented source code for all contracted projects, except where the development includes pre-existing source-code exclusive to ISL.
10	In the event that the purchaser is not fully satisfied with the product or service, Inspection Software Limited will negotiate with the purchaser to secure a mutually acceptable remedy.
