Tube Sheet Diagram Mapping of Eddy Current Survey Results in Heat Exchangers.

TSD is a numeric analysis and reporting program for Eddy Current surveys on heat exchangers up to 40,000 tubes. Tubes are classified into colour-coded categories, and drawn into user defined diagrams. Also included is the unique ISL Report Generator which allows users to create individual report styles. Tables and Charts are automatically updated. TSD runs on an average laptop computer, and together with a portable colour printer is the ultimate in fast, on-site reporting. Users can save dozens of man-hours in creating survey reports; clients benefit by the immediate availability of plugging lists and reverse diagrams. Results can imported from specified users data files. Now with revised User Manual and on-line help, existing users can upgrade to the latest version without charge. TSD is marketed by ISL, and is available from stock.

Floormaster32 Mapping of Corrosion in Oil and Water Storage Tanks

Floormap: Map of tank floor with 54 plates

Floormaster32 is a unique program for the mapping and reporting of underfloor corrosion in Oil and Water storage tanks. Floormaster32 accepts inspection data derived from any inspection method. Manually add UT prove-up measurements, topside corrosion, coupons, patch-plates, etc. Users can draw an entire tank floor, then call-up the results for any plate.

C-Map Mapping of Corrosion in Oil and Water Storage Tanks by Magnetic Flux Leakage Surveys

C-Map (Corrosion-Map) performed the worlds first on-line colour mapping of underfloor corrosion in tank floors at Madinat-Al-Jubail, Saudi Arabia, in 1990. Written under DOS, it maps data generated by the Vetco Floor Inspection Tool (FiT). C-Map is still in use today, and its functionality has been replicated by Vetco GmbH for additional systems.

D-Map Mapping of Ultrasonic Thickness Measurements from Dataloggers

D-Map (Digital Map) imports ultrasonic thickness measurements from data-loggers, maps the results into a colour coded grid. D-Map is similar in functionality to TSD, but intended to map large areas of thickness data into an easily assimilated data map. D-Map is marketed by ISL, but the release date is not yet available.

The Examiner is suitable for any discipline in business, industry or commerce, provided that questions can be answered by single response... the preferred method by many examiners to minimise subjectivity in marking.
